QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 

Must have no convictions of a felony or past criminal history and be in good health, as evidenced by completing a physical examination as prescribed by the Board.  Must be of good character and moral behavior, must possess a minimum of a GED certificate,  and five years of field experience, specifically in the K-12 school setting, preferred.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:



TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 

Pay commensurate with the position of BBB/21st CCLC Afterschool Coordinator with a contracted time of 4/7.5/8 hours for 200/208 days in the contracted year. 



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

This position may involve lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, standing, walking, and talking. Must be able to demonstrate and describe activities to youth. This position requires working both indoors and outdoors.

Physical Requirements: Helping members grow, learn, and gain new skills can be rewarding. The work is sometimes routine, but new activities and challenges mark each day. Youth development can be physically and emotionally taxing, as workers constantly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift (25 pounds frequently) to attend to each member's interests and problems.
