Applicant will be required to contact a BC School Principal for a recommendation to hire.
1. Application
- Interested individuals should complete and submit an application for a certified or classified substitute position through the district’s application system.
2. Interview with a School Administrator
- After submitting an application, applicants must be interviewed by a school administrator to request a possible interview.
3. Interview & Recommendation
- A school administrator will conduct the interview and, if appropriate, recommend the applicant for a classified substitute position.
4. Attend the initial in-person training required for employment.
- In-person training sessions are scheduled periodically throughout the year.
- Additional online trainings will also be assigned via Public School Works.
